THE UNFORGIVING

The sun beats down, relentless and fierce
On the parched earth of her land

The burning heat sears every inch
Leaving no refuge, no place to stand

The scorching rays, a fiery blaze
Blistering and unforgiving

As the land bakes, parched and dry
Under the unforgiving sun

The air shimmers, hot and still
As the heat consumes all

No respite from the inferno
As the land writhes, parched and dry

The sun reigns supreme, a fiery god
In the burning, unforgiving sky.
