TABLE TENNIS AFRICA SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS QUALIFIER SEEKS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR HER TRIP
Constance Kuswani, a table tennis player has qualified for the Africa Senior Championships to be held in Algeria. However the Table Tennis Association has no funds to see her going for these competitions.
The player then took it upon herself to raise funds for her trip to the competitions and this Saturday she will be hosting a fund raising campaign at Molapo Showcase, who are also one of her current sponsors, with the support of Lala and Penene Ponono as well. She is having this campaign under the theme ” Constance Kuswani For Algeria” and she calls unto companies to come on board for support by donations.
From 10 AM this event is expected to take place and there will be a table tennis exhibition and the player will be there playing as well and all are welcome to play too and there will be entertainment. Amongst the current sponsors so far is Berry Heart Creations who are sponsoring the player with merchandise and the Printers Brothers and Stationary have offered printing services as sponsorship. As for Molapo Showcase, their sponsorship is a venue to host the player’s fundraising campaign and provide entertainment.
Kuswani has so far raised P10 000 and she needs P20 000 for her trip that is set to be on the 1th of September as the games commence on the 3rd of September this year.
