PHENOMENAL SELF
I don’t have a sexy physique to die for,
I’m not full- figured.
But I’m cute in my ways,
When I try to portray my glamour they don’t see it.
When I try to notify them, they speculate I’m telling the tales.
And I say:
It’s seeded in my kind heart,
It’s s rooted within my slender body,
It’s in the pure love i give freely,
It’s in the sound of my footsteps…
The kinky rich Afro hair on my head
It’s natured within my virtue
That’s me,
Phenomenal me!
Men have wondered what they see in me…
They try so much to reach my inner soul but in vain.
They can’t touch my inner mystery…
when I try to show them they say they still can’t notice …
And I clarified..
It’s in the art of my soul,
The sparkling of my smile,
The grace of my sentiment…
That me.
I am a phenomenal woman!
Phenomenally….yes!
Phenomenal me,
Phenomenal woman…
That’s me.
I guess now you understand…
Just how my head is not bowed,
I don’t outcry, I address softy that my nature,
I don’t jump, I take one step at a time that my motion…
I don’t judge, I simply listen and understand
I don’t pretend, I act from the core of my heart.
Phenomenal me…
That’s me!
When you see me passing,
Observe the bravery of my walk…
It’s in the click of my heels,
The bend of my curled fluff hair..
The scent of my body,
I am me…
The phenomenal women.
