ALCAIDO – LIFE THROUGH A KEYHOLE

Theophillus Ntakhwana, also known as Alcaido, is a talented local artist who is working on an EP project called “Life through a Keyhole“. He collaborated with a number of Botswana musicians and producers on the project, as well as with some international acts from Lithuania and New York. However, he mainly worked with his manager, DJ Keymaster, his producer, Westbook, Slowburn , Tespo Oakile and Popo Tlhakole.

Alcaido explained that “Life through a Keyhole” is about the everyday struggles we experience, but we will eventually conquer and find happiness. He also encourages us to find happiness from within, through all the challenges we go through. The inspiration behind the project’s name came from all the support he has received from his manager, DJ Keymaster, his family, friends and fans. He is also grateful to his producer, Westbrook, who has helped him a great deal since he released his first track.

Theophilus also grew up in a musical background. His musical inspiration came from his mother and his late grandmother (MHSRIP), who were conductors of school choirs country wide, which is why he would like to dedicate the EP to his grandmother.
